About

Friends of Lois Creek (FOLC) is a member group of the Kimberley Trails Society (KTS), which is working to develop an integrated trail system in and around Kimberley. Working with KTS, FOLC manages such things as an invasive weed-pulling program, improvements to bridges and other infrastructure such as the Tea Spot shelter, and trail maintenance. FOLC also works with community organizations such as Lindsay Park School and Mainstreams to help engage people in learning about the Lois Creek watershed.  Each year the trail system hosts a number of community events including a Turkey Run-Off snowshoe race, a mountain bike Enduro event and the Mountain Moustache Dache, a 10-km running event.

Become a lifetime member of Kimberley Trails Society and support the Lois Creek trail system for $20. Trails don’t build and maintain themselves. Join the volunteer trail crew and help maintain trails, or pay $40 for an annual summer trail pass. Get involved here.
