Restoration in Progress
The removal of 4 undersized and partially clogged culvers and the restoration of
Lois Creek has been completed to restore a natural channel morphology and
improve fish passage.
Revegetation of the site is being undertaken using live stakes, and native plants
and grasses.
Fencing is necessary in order to increase the likelihood of survival for the planted stock on the restoration site.
Fencing will be installed temporarily and until the site can be sucessfully
revegetated.
Crossing structures are available both upstream and downstream of the project site.
